Our Recruitment Policy

Recruitment
It is ABIC’s policy that our recruitment and selection activities are applied systematically consistently and fairly and will ensure that we attract and select only the best talent to achieve our vision.
The selection standards are high and uncompromising. A position will be left unfilled rather than recruit someone who does not meet the minimum criteria for the role.
Employees must be fluent in spoken and written English, the international language of the consulting industry.

Probation period
Every employee is subject to a probationary period beginning from the first day of employment. The probationary period will allow ABIC to determine whether the employee is suitable for employment as well as for the employee to determine whether the assigned position is suitable for him/her.
A probationary employee shall be ensured with the SSO. At any time during the probationary period ABIC or the employee without any reason being assigned for termination may terminate either employment. On termination of probationary employment, the employee concerned shall be entitled to a payment of wages up to and including the date of termination of employment.
